Use an insulated bag with ice packs and avoid direct sunlight or long periods without refrigeration. We can also provide cooling packs upon request.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Our black caviar comes from certified sturgeon farms in Italy, raised in clean natural waters and prepared using the traditional Malossol method.

Our keta caviar is made from wild salmon caught in Alaska, pasteurized and packed in the Baltic States to ensure freshness.

Each variety offers something unique:

  • Premium Beluga (Huso Huso): delicate, luxurious, light grey pearls
  • Prestige Selection (Baerii): balanced and mild, pearl-to-gunmetal grey
  • Keta (Chum Salmon): bold, large, golden-orange pearls
